Ive got a exbf thing to ask if anyone can help me?

i was with my fell six and a half years he turned round said he fell out of love with me when i asked him he said he realised he wanted to be single then we was talking on facebook and i said to him how can u be over someone u have been with six and a half years or got no feelings for me and he said maybe i got a little bit of feelings for you and said when he heard what i did with this lad he was bothered then he said he misses hugs and touches and he misses kissing its been a month and a week since we split does this mean he has still got feelings for me please help i am so confused leanne
