Changing tampons at the beach?

i would wrap my towel around me and stick it in my bathing suit top.. or just bring ur purse... and then if theres a place go buy a candy bar so its not really to notice able... but its really nothing to be embarresed about its not like u can control it... but i understand i wouldnt want to either... but do not keep it in for that long... u can get tss from that and thats a very serious thing
