What's a good program to remove all viruses and "infections" from my laptop?

I know I have at least 1 bad virus on my computer- the "go.google.com virus". i have malware bytes but i've scanned my computer like 5 times with it, it's not picking it up. virus removal at staples or best buy is WAY too expensive, like $200. and my towns computer store charges like $70 to reinstall everything on the computer, like completely wipe it out. I don't care if I have to pay for it if it's a legit program proven to remove all viruses really well (or if it's free, that works too) but does anyone know of a good virus removal program? Maybe one that's about $70 but i can reuse and works really well? Like proven, not another scam?
