Itunes error message?

Hi I've been experiencing this following error message even after deleting ALL itunes related products and reinstalling itunes over again. This is the error message I keep getting "The instruction at "0x00ed408c" referenced at "0x00ed409c".The memory could not be "written".Click OK to terminate the program." Can someone please help me out on this one, I would like to start reusing my itunes again. Thank you so much.
