How long can previously cooking oil (clear cooking oil) be kept unrefregerated and safely reused.?

I have a large cooker which holds about 12- 15 gallons and I cook for large groupes about every 3-4 months. I want to drain, strain and store my oil for more than one use. (about $50 worth of oil). Can I safely use it after having stored it for 2-3 months in a non refeigerated enviroment?
